Hotel Jurmala Spa

Friendly staff and GOOD breakfast with a huge variety of options. Enjoyed that we had a mini bar fridge, an electronic key card and a study table in the standard double room. Beach is within walking distance of the hotel. Spent a nice evening at grilbars house of light, located a short walk to the venue.

Great SPA-menu

Staff service could have been better. We ordered a long list of SPA-treatments, but did not get any (volume) discounts. The employees of the hotel could have been better in English.

I really liked that the hotel had the parking, and I liked Welness Oasis

I did not like that we could not go to the Welness center after 6 o'clock and the breackfast was quite a poor

This was our honeymoon trip and I have to say it was excellent. This is the second time we have been to the hotel and I am sure we'll be back in the near future. We had no problem in changing the room as well, as we wanted a room with a balcony. Thank you goes to the reception who changed the rooms in no time and we finally had an upgraded room type for your honeymoon :)

There were too many people in the Wellness Center on weekends, but that is understandable as Jurmala SPA Oasis is really great :)

Do cycling in jurmala, but don't hire bycicles in the hotel. Do it in some small shop in the city. There is one very nice with very good bikes and better prices near Baltjc beach hotel. It is 5 min walk from jurmala spa hotel.

Good location in pine forest, close to the sea. Good breakfast, clean, well dsigned room. Price/quality ratio is acceptable, but only in one condition: You make a reservation via Booked.net with last minute discount. Standard price is too high

Old, strongly damaged towels in pool area. Very dark colour of these towels doesn't guarantee they are clean. No internet in rooms, only in lobby near reception

Everithing is pretty good

After five days with shopping and sightseeing in Riga, it was wonderful to arrive Jurmala. Calm and relaxing. We did just enjoy- the relaxed atmosphere and the luxury of treatments/Spa.

We we`re pleased with everything. Now we "work" with our boss to make him take us back to You for conferences and course.

We enjoyed the food , drinks , pools and the spa- treatments:)

I think the servive could be better,people have to feel welcome. We didn`t feel that every day..and the smell on the bathroom in the nights.

Good location, very good parking, spa

The staff, which didn't understand my request. I asked them to give me a sea view room. First of all they didn't understand what does it means. Then they told me, that understand and gave me forest view room :( In reservation form I mentioned that baby cot is requested upon arrival. And it was not in the room. Not flexible at check in and check out time.

I never got a confirmation when I tried to reserve spatreatments. I sent three e-mails, an none of them where responded.

A very comfortable hotel with excellent Spa facilities. Rooms very nice. Breakfasts were very good as was standard of Food. Rooftop Bar and the Bar Staff were outstanding - very friendly and professional. A very good value break

I liked the pools and saunas along with the breakfast offered. I also really liked our balcony (superior room)

The staff in the Spa were not very friendly to us. They did not all speak much English which made it difficult to interact. Finally they appeared unwilling to help us when we had queries.

Convenient location for Jurmala town centre and Riga RIX airport

staff very nice especially reception and waetress. Spa zone very nice, many difference sauns good pools, location, modern design inside. And I was happy surprise spa zone work all day.

cleanest room was no good, duaring one week my bed linen no change, don't remeber summer days now, and a lot of sands was on bed. I try be accurate, but sands on the beach good and find beach and it everywhere.
